He lied about his online activity to prosecutors when he cut his plea deal. The deal has been invalidated by his lies. Hit him with the full penalties for the crimes he was charged with. Full stop.

If he lied under oath after his cooperation plea deal he should be charged. Enough with the kid gloves.

That should be enough to throw him in prison to await trial.
