@TheMisterMeat13 It's best to use the live bait that is out there, so we sabiki up bait to fish with.

"mogan margate" biggest grunt I've ever seen.....he would've had to go to the crib too along with the mutan snapper and red grouper for the variety pack.....I know you only harvest what you plan to eat, and that's very commendable......i like using spinning rods too, gives you a good workout.....tight lines brother!

Where do you put the fish that you keep? most ranger boats dont have a large enough cooler. do you put in your own?

@TheKazam202 We use an Engle cooler for a casting platform, a front seat and a fish box. The Ranger also has a fish box in the bottom of the boat. There's a tray where you can store fish with ice in the back deck. Go to their website and check them out. You won't be disappointed. rangerboatsdotcom

I once had a grouper at a seafood place, and since then its been my favorite fish in the world. The only problem was that I never found out what kind it was. It was the most meaty but juicy fish I have ever had. My parents bought some while they were in miami, and I was so excited but it tasted so tough and dry after I blackened it. It would be great if anyone has any theories on what I might have tasted the first time. Thanks
