One thing I appreciate about Dygma videos is how y’all don’t constantly push your own products over others. You’ve set yourselves up as true subject matter experts, while staying at the top of the list any time your audience is thinking of a new purchase. Even seeing our own non-Dygma keyboards in your videos (Logitech MX Keys mentioned LET’S GO!) makes us feel included in what you’re doing. Great job as always.
Does Dygma not sell some keyboard key sets other than the standard? I'd love to see them release some perfect low profile keys for the Defy. They could then perfect them for the keyboard. I'd pay twice as much for them.
It's so good to have a professional youtube channel that's focused on information and not random keyboard funny slop. Thank you for the high production content, comes second only to Glarses of course.
Nice Video and very informative, i am German and unfortunatly there arent many keycap producer with a DE Layout, and when they have some its alway Cherry Profile which i do not really like or they are sold out.
It's always difficult to find keycaps in other languages! We get you! Which profile are you looking for? There's this site, fkcaps.com/custom/create/language, that sells custom keycaps with the MDA profile, and they have it in German. We also sell German keycaps in our shop, they have OEM profile. Hope this helps!
Hi Dominique, great useful video as always. Please I would like your advise. I have ordered a Keychron Q14 Max ISO barebones. I have large pair of hands and would really appreciate your advice. Thankyou in advance. Also please would you suggest a website where I can get the keycaps. Id like the shine rhough ones. Thanks again.
Hi @arjunsamuel ! That's very specific advice and it's a difficult one, because there's so much to choose from. I would recommend asking it on r/ErgoMechKeyboards (on Reddit).
I'm looking at replacing my TWS Keyboard(because #Firmware issues, I think?) with another split ortho/columnar-linear keyboard, currently exploring lily58, moonlander, and sofle options, but open to ideas, would prefer having an F# row, but not a necessity. So I figure I might as well take a gander at a non qwerty layout while I'm at it.
You are right! Next time we'll add them 💪 But the keyboards you can see in the video are the Dygma Defy, the Dygma Raise, the Moonlander and the Keychron. I hope this helps you 😊
What full size keyboard is that? If Keychron, I do not see it on current website. The one at 5:24 with the knob and what appears to be 3 buttons. Thank you
I just picked up some Lord of the Rings MT3 for my Defy! Thanks for showing off my Defy in the video! I liked the MDA profile but kept defaulting back to the out of box setup the Defy came with. I don't like the shine on the keys developed (because ABS) so I have been on the hunt for a perfect set with the profile and astheic I have been chasing for my Defy.
Hey hey! Anytime! Thank you for sharing the photo! Ooooo LOTR! Can't wait to see those! :) Have you tried DSS? That's what I have on my Raise. Actually, the one used in the video is mine 😅 They're not as tall as the MDA and I just love the spherical shape.
You could also have mentioned thst uniform keycaps and even OEM don't allow you to tell if your fingers have shifted left/right a key. i.e. Poor homing
Thank you for the note! You are right, but you can always search with your fingers that little bump that F and J have to go back to the correct position 😊
@@DygmaLab Yes, but so many current keyboards have no or tiny bumps that the homing keys aren't noticeable until you see all the wrong characters up on the screen. That's how I had to find MT3
