You're a pretty decent bowler so I kind of feel silly telling you this. But because your 1st step isn't very much of a crossover step you end up swinging the ball out and away from your body on your back swing and have to muscle it back online at your release. If you had more of a crossover step to create a small area so that you could swing the ball straight back, you may end up being more accurate a higher percentage of times. However, you've probably had the approach & release that you currently have that you've just adjusted to what you're doing. I'm not saying that you need to change it because you seem to be doing okay. I'm just saying that it's something that you might want to take a look into.
