Global transpose? Not just by semitone. I would like to change the key of all my 3 tracks by making a chord with my hand...and maybe even recognize if the chord is major or minor and change the sequences accordingly...but i am asking too much I know. When you improvise it would be wonderful. Pretty please Arturia 🥺
how do i make the secene changes predictable and able to work with? wait to load button and "wait to load scene" in the utility menu does not help at all. its a key feature for me. if the keystep makes the scenechanges at any time i cant foresee (e.g. somewhere in the middle of a pattern) the using of scenes is useless! the beatstep pro makes it better (just linking the pattern-transition)
I am new to using sequencers and using external MIDI instruments. Is there a trick to allow more than 16 patterns per chain on a track? I'm trying to figure out how to use 35 patterns on the Drum Track. I'm using a Roland MC-101 to define the step length in each Clip and assigned different tones on each track in each Clip; and using the KeyStep Pro to sequence the patterns, arpeggiate the notes, etc. Most of my patterns are the same used multiple times in my chain. I don't fully understand scenes, but could you use two or more scenes and play them sequentially so that the 36 patterns are split between two (or more) scenes? Thanks.
exactly,, no help its a crappy series of tutorials that really aren't tutorials, the guy just doesn't have what it takes, his tutorials are more like rudendent reviews
