KFC Fried Chicken and Korean Chicken Sauce Recipe /Kentucky Fried Chicken/Spicy Crispy Chicken

400g(5)chicken legs
1.5Tsp chilli powder
1Tsp garlic powder
1/2Tsp Cumin Powder or Curry Powder
1Tsp Pepper
1TSP Salt
split in half
Add 1/2 of the mixed powder
1TSP Salt
1TSP Flavor enhancer
2TBSP White wine
Store in refrigerator for 6 hours
150g All purpose flour
50g Corn starch
1/2 of the rest of the mixed powder
Divide it by 1:2
70ml Water
Chicken will be fried twice.
Cooking oil
1nd to medium low heat for 8 minutes
2nd to medium low heat for 5 minutes
-Korean Chicken Sauce
2TBSP Sugar
1TBSP chilli powder
1/2TBSP Minced garlic
1TBSP Soy sauce
5TBSP Starch syrup
4TBSP Tomato ketchup
1/2TBSP Gochujang
5TBSP Water
Low heat
Sesame (or peanut dust)
