This worked out very well for me....I skipped the cold water step because I was running out of time....but it still was really nice....this is the by far the most accurate recipe I've come across
Oh my god , finally I found this vedio, Maximum I made this recipe one year ago and lost it and searched from everywhere but I can't find , but finally I find it I am soo happy bcz I love this recipe ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Made this in Iftar and came out absolutely delicious. It was difficult to believe that I made this chicken burger! Thank you so much for showing in so much details. Best kfc chicken recipe on youtube. I just want to say whoever is trying this recipe it is a must to shake the flour off very well before putting it in the oil and keep the flame in medium low. I slightly burnt my first chicken fillet because of medium high heat and excess flour.
If all what I care about is the outer layer crust and I want it to look like the video should I dip the chicken in flour then the cold water then back to flour? Or we have to use the baking powder and the corn flour?
