This video was done in my house that I have been rebuilding. Some glitches here and there. I also talk about Hollywood Boulevard then and now. For a flat road it has been going downhill. I also advise entertainers to think of RU-vid as being the new Hollywood.

He was big then. I used to listen tto Ekvis and Fats Domino and Little Richaard and others, Jerry Lee didn;t start having hits until 1957. Great old songs.

I've got to say it would be tough to choose the best of these meals. KFC has gotten outrageous on prices. I like the chicken liver meal. It is around $5. It is a shame about Hollywood Boulevard. Dessert T-Rex spotted at 36:00. Poor fella never gets a bite. TY or inviting us. Great talk and meals.

I've decided it would be better to pay rent on an apartment than to have all the headaches and bills of owning a house. If there is no one to leave it to why put up with the hassle.

Houses here now cost over $400 K for the average home. Renting would be better if I were looking for real estate here and now. I bought this house back in 2007 at about one tenth its current vakue. Indiana seems to have good prices but California is very high priced right now.
