That's the phenomenon of the world - either you fight each other or get jealous but that doesn't help anyone. Together we are stronger is very true, it develops each and every member and when it starts from young age than it compounds over time , making everyone involved exceed the limitations of normal person and it is not shocking it happens every where ( Charlie munger, Warren Buffet), (Neil bor was a student of Rutherford was an student if JJ Thompson and each one had their model of atom) , (Robert Pattinson, Charlie coz - daredevil series, Andrew Garfield were roommates) ,People who just happens to live in NYC are more likely to become entrepreneur. The thing why people go for top college is not coz they would teach you something that a fairly avg college cannot teach Or u cannot learn online - the main reason is connection. It is often the case that many people who were in the same field and were working together tirelessly and with a goal in mind will eventually become successful .

When Islam returned from his flight, you can see Abdulmanap try to carry his bag for him. My grandfather would always try to do this for me when I was younger also. You can clearly see that he sees him as another son and not just a student. Sad he couldn't see him become champion in person but I'm sure he's looking down from heaven with a big smile.

Congratulations champ Sir Nurmagomedov is very proud of you. He predicted n knew before he passed away that Islam will become the UFC champion. Sir Nurmagomedov is such an admirable father, coach n human being who dedicated his life to his students creating not only great athletes but as he said most importantly good people for society. From a man who didn't have much he helped underprivileged youth n children creating opportunities. Also fighting against drugs and extremist. He impacted and changed many many lives. What a beautiful relationship. He was Islam no.1 support who is unfortunately not here with us anymore. Watching this great man n his students inspires me to be a better person n to do better in my career.

He was a great coach & Islam is a very coachable, smart fighter. Islam has high respect for his coaches & teammates & knows when he needs to listen & how he needs to execute their instructions. He is good on his feet & on the ground, he can do it all while his coaches know exactly how to advice him. They know what he can do & he knows they know what he needs to do. So everything works. It's about trust, respect, discipline & competency.
