USA government at the time used fake claims to justify their war leading to crimes. It was a congress approved war which is the way of the constitution of the USA. Why was anyone "like" the Constitution that was used to justify a war that killed hundreds of thousands and displaced millions (plus lead to these terrorist groups developing after the USA left Iraqi security in shambles).
