I’ve known one truth in all of stereo audio: supremely engineered two-way monitor loudspeakers possess an enigmatic, spellbinding power like nothing else. And I know full well Ohm, MBL, Larsen, AND ESPECIALLY Lowther would have something to say about that! I’m just saying, the art, and science of these folks (Karma) is truly amazing! One realization that’s acknowledged universally is the relationship of prime, correct architecture in attaining Truly Prime performance.
I heard these Kharma speakers with an older Kharma subwoofer from 2005. The Kharma subwoofer was the Kharma Ceramique CE SB 1.0. This combo sounded great. One of the best combinations of speakers and a subwoofer i've heard. The Eton Woofer on the Kharma sub was either 11 or 12 inches.
nice sound...been out of hi-fi for a while ...does anybody remember YBA SIGNATURE MONO AMPS AND PRE with seperate power supply. 20 years ago. What gear would come close to that today???? watt 6.1 at that time
Impressive drum solo; surprisingly deep bass and an overall super nice sound, the sax however sounds a bit subdued; lacking presence/bite (the recording?). I'd like to hear some well recoded vocals on this system.
@@AudiolandCH how exactly would you connect the N200 to the 866? N200 has coax and usb output. 866 has neither of those inputs. The bank of usb inputs on the back of the 866 are for storage thumb drives, external drives, etc. There’s no coax input either.
