I love Khatia, a true artist, her music and playing, are extraordinary. He facial expressions are marvelous. Such a beautiful artist.

My favorite thing to watch is the expression on the pianist face to see how much really passion they have for the work. She has that great passion!

I've never really listened to classical music before, I'm really into jazz . But this , THIS is beautiful. Such passion for her craft . I loved every second. I'm a fan for life

If she looked me in the eye, and flashed one of those brilliant smiles, I would simply faint!!!

Did you notice that Dress? That's what I call dressing the Canary! Most Beautiful combination of humanity, passion, and music! All gave me a wonderful afternoon of blissful joy.

My mother was principal keyboardist for the Baton Rouge Symphony in the 70’s and 80’s. She was the paino soloist for Rhapsody in Blue with a sold out crowd several times. Like Khatia, she was in her mid 30’s at the time. She toured in Europe, she started playing when she was 6 and practiced 1 hour before school everyday all her school years. My grandparents drove her about 30 miles away weekly for her paino lesson. She obtained her Masters in music from LSU around 1963, and was one of the most sought after accompanists in the south. She studied with Easley Blackwood in Chicago and Paul Jacobs in New York in later years to fine tune her skills. A single mom who had offers to go much higher but put her only child (me), ahead of her career. I listened for hours going to sleep her practicing on her antique upright Steinway she started on as a child, eventually bought a Kawaii baby grand, she even coached people to the Metropolitan Opera. I say all this because I listened to her practice Rhapsody in Blue and of course her performances, and over the decades have never heard anyone even come close to her performance….. until now…. Khatia is incredible… brought tears to my eyes, and have played this video irepeatedly, I lost my mom in 2018, and on her deathbed we played R. In B. along with Louis Gottchalk’s “Union” , one of my mom’s requested encores multiple times. I will be subscribing to her UTube and will search for a time I can watch her live. Wow! And her face is a screen projecting every mood and mode! The conflictual parts seem to hurt her, the resolutions bring radiant delight such that you're all but compelled to smile with her.

The time and exercise devoted to interpreting this complex composition in order to deliver it from memory with passion, grace and coordination with the orchestra deserves a Nobel Prize for Rendition. Khatia brings tears of joy and convulsions of the diaphragm one does not experience with other pianists. And she looks so huggable!

KHATIA HAS A WONDERFUL GIFT COMING FROM GOD. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS : I DON'T THINK IT'S FAIR FOR THE PUBLIC TO SEE THE ORCHESTRA WEARING THEIR MASC ON. NEVER SEEN THAT BEFORE ! COME ON ! COVID IS OVER ! THIS IS A WONDERFUL ORCHESTRA BUT I WOULD NOT PAY A DIME TO SEE THESE MUSICIANS WEARING THEIR MASC DURING A SYMPHONY.

Miraculously playing completely from memory, Khatia whips her hair back with dramatic style like a rock star, warning the Gods that she's in the room. She experiences every second with grand flourishes and heartfelt intensity like an artist afire with the joy of creation. Her world is not only her communion with the Steinway keys, but also a bond with her fellow musicians and the lives of transfixed listeners, who are thankful to have been forever changed by this powerful, beautiful, and unending force of nature. Tschakofski Pino concerto wit Khatia Boniatashvili at Pisano, it doesn’t com any better. I hope Khatia doesn’t hurt 😞 her self playing this piano concerto she is putting every she is got, and that is so much into this piano cony. What I like most about Ms. Buniatishvili is that not only is she a phenomenal pianist, she also seems to genuinely enjoy the music she plays. She seems to truly have a "heart" for it. It inspires her. Those musicians wearing face masks? I can't tell if they even want to be there.
