Salads can be really tasty too... especially when you add certain fruits/vegetables, cheeses, nuts/seeds, dressings, meats, etc.

It’s a great habit to get into especially if you want to lose weight without doing anything drastic, it’s something that helped me lose 70 lbs. It can be hard to get into but I started by making small ones to add to my lunch and when I got home I’d try out different combos each day until I found the ones I liked then I designated certain days to certain combos and it helped make them fun and helped me get into healthier substitutes.
