Years old comments here, r slur joke funny. Khonjin felt ashamed about a lot of the edgy jokes he made in his past cause to be honest the mayority of them are not that funny, this one being an exception. Him doing it cause he "didn't want to get cancelled" is like stupid, no it's cause he felt genuine shame and regret of saying that shit, specially the nword one, he started KH when he was a really young college kid and at that age, in 2015, you're gonna be saying a lot of slurs. I'm glad he realized this cause a lot of the jokes were pretty unfunny. Some of the other edits I don't get, but in conclusion people seem to assume the reason of the editing and censoring of the episode constantly without considering what Khonjin actually said, which is that a lot of the jokes were making both himself and other people uncomfortable, he did it cause he wanted to change and be better, not for some obligation, doesn't really matter today as the unedited stuff is all available in unlisted videos and I do prefer a lot of the edits and Evergreen is a pretty complete experience, but some of my favourite episodes and jokes were cut, including the r slur one, I feel like the episode feels emptier without it. Saying slurs is harmful, but it doesn't make you inherently a bad person. Anyways bye
