That was an awesome story. And for a Khornate berserker with the nails biting ever present, I can think of no fate worse than that of being interred into a chaos dreadnought. It's pretty much a bastardization of everything Khorne.

Still my personal favorite 40k narration channel. On top of all the other kick ass content. Let's GO! Also, maybe a Chop Shop Pt.2 one day? A man can dream can't he 😆

I understand that being interred into a dreadnought is a terrible fate for many Chaos marines, but apart from the ever-present bite of the Nails, I somehow fail to see the problem for this Berzerker. The chance to atone for his failure in this battle is monumental, and the number of kills he could atain while entombed all the more so. Sure, he may not be able to feel the blood of his enemies splash against his bare skin ever again, but between an ignoble death and centuries more of slaughter, I think he'd be more enthusiastic. I just hope the first time he's unleashed, the God-Emperor guides a lascannon round into the sarcophagus of his dreadnought before he can cause much more havoc for the Imperium *_HAHAHAHAHAHA-_*

I'm not 100% positive on this but unlike most space Marines world eaters hardly sleep due to the nails. I imagine he would still be in constant pain in a dreadnaught mostly unable to sleep. That said dreadnaughts don't normally just walk around the ship. They are awakened for combat most of the time. For a world eater with the nails he will likely be awake in his sarcophagus most of the time unable to cause violence and constantly being tortured by the nails. The nails only let up when you are being violent. So being entombed for a world eater is basically being forced into constant torture with very brief moments of relief when he's brought onto the battlefield. Though I would imagine a world eater in this situation would go after everyone and everything friend or foe once they are activated.

His crime “Heresy!” His sentence “life!” “To be carried out indefinitely” Only in death dose duty end brother….
