Would love to see the second row seats that rotate. Looks like it would be great for transferring my mother from a wheelchair to the seat. Hope it makes it to the finished product.

I really wish they would have kept more of the sharp angles as the concept. This production version isn’t quite as striking and a little disappointing to me… I also don’t like it in white. The electric blue color on the concept is a fantastic color!! We had a Soul that started falling apart in 3 years, that’s the only thing that makes me hesitant on buying one of these.

Why not? Benz sells a lot of AMG SUVs. Power is fun, even at the expense of range. It won't be a volume seller or anything, but certainly adds some swagger to the top-level of a flagship machine.

@@AutoTrader I don’t think that’s the market. Heck does Rivian have a GT? Is there a Ford lightning GT? The key for Kia is to make this as affordable without sacrificing quality. Right now it appears they have a better looking vehicle than Rivian with a 30% price cut. Considering this isn’t their first rodeo making cars, I would expect the build quality to be much better. This is a slam dunk as is.

Supercool looking yet elegant but enough with the flat dumb EV grill please, check out the Rolls Spectre, it's EV but still able to maintain the real beautiful conventional grill (engineered as airflow channel for better down-force perhaps). You can do better KIA, and yes, fix the wheel. ))

did you call this a HOT segment!!?? OMG! how much do you get paid to send out this nonsense!? ALL EVs are LESS than 4 percent of TOTAL car sales in the US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hot as in incredibly strong selling... the mid-size SUV segment, not the EV segment. But the EV segment did DOUBLE in sales from 2021 to 2022 and the number is only going up. It was closer to 6% last year. Sounds like a small figure, but that equals 3/4 of a million vehicles.

@@AutoTrader doubling a low percentage is incredibaly silly to use as pprogress. going from 3 or 4 percent to 6 is NOT a big deal. this is nothing to call HOT. and your 6 percent is all wrong, based upon my sales data.
