What radio do you have the UVO ?mine sound poor with it. Does it sound better with new speakers ?

Thank you! i did upgrade the head unit but you don't have to do that to install new speakers.

I would rate these speakers a solid 7 out of 10. The stock speakers I had were about a 3 or 4. The audio is very clear and about 40% louder. There isn’t much bass though. However, I might get subs at some point. I’m not sure what could be wrong with your speakers. Maybe a wiring issue

It’s not just you. I had this speakers and it’s very decent. It’s loud but will need a tune to stop distortion from the tweeter and when the beat hits.

Does changing the speakers make the music sound higher? Louder I mean? Because my rio speaker sound isn't that high

@@Hayden_Agar Nice! In the meantime i already installed my old 2-way speakers in my front doors, but it turns out that they are interfering with my factory tweeters. Im still trying to figure out how to solve that part. Still a big improvement, so i’m not in a big hurry. Goodluck !

@@bramvanveen5626 you might have to disconnect you're tweeters usually you would get the woofers and tweeters together in the same package now my car doesn't have tweeters so I picked this one without them

@@Hayden_Agar ahh okay i gotcha. Yeah I meant to say I installed coaxial speakers* (so with a tweeter mounted on the aftermaket speaker itself) Since installing the coaxials my factory tweeters quit, i was hoping the high end sounds would get picked up by both my factory tweeters, and the tweeters in the coaxials. But they don’t. I’m not really experienced with installing so I just tried😂 But I’m still enjoying better sound then before so I’m not mad about it. Man I like these Honda’s a lot 🤩

@@EnoughAboutCars Did you have any problems since install because you didn’t use gasket material between the door and mounting bracket and bracket to speaker ?
