Good morning, thank you for really perfect tutorials you made. I have the Kia Carnival 2,9 CRDi 2004. My timing belt is about 100 000 km so I think it is the time to change it. And also I do have seriou problem with the cooling system. My thermostat was sick, so I changed it (there was 88 celsius, but as I read must be 82 celsius, so I buyed 82). The coolant was with a lot of corrosion, engine was overheating after go minutes at 130km/h (I never overheated it to the max). I used the vinegar to clean all the cooling system inside. 10 times I let it inside the system for 5 hours, and after repeat. It was 1 liter of vinegar to all the rest of system. Now the temperature is OK, but the upper tube is going to be really hard, after the pressure valve push the coolant and the air to the expansion container, the cabin heater stop working, and if I will not stop the car, the liquid will be sprayed around the expansion container. I will try to change the pressure valve, but I think I will need to change minimally the cylinder head gasket. Do you think it is possible to do it without removing the engine out from the place? I have no tools not eaven to lift it up. I was in our local KIA services, but nobody want to do it. The price of the car in good condition is around 65 000,- CZK, and in one service they told me they will do it, but I will pay 60 000,- CZK (1,- USD = 25,- CZK) for timing belt change, waterpump, head gasket, and testing the head. It is crazy expensive, so I decited to do it by my hands, and yours tutorials will help me. Thank you for any sugestion, best regards from Prague, Michal
