I've been in the insurance sector for over a decade and confirm what Gagan is saying is 100% true. You can at least buy Zero Dep + Engine Shield cover as addon to protect your car. Back in early 2010s, there was no such option.
Also, in some Insurance policies like the ones which Maruti Provides in delhi, engine protection cover snd return to invoice cover are available add-ons even without zero dep cover.
After almost 3 months of research, I considered Maruti Brezza LXI MT to buy and kept pending to order after a month. Actually I require a car by October first week. So I thought to pay the advance by the first week of August, so that I can get delivered by October beginning. I am a regular watcher of your channel and I can say I trust you for taking a decision while buying a car. I bought almost 7 cars in the past 5 years for my family. 4 days back I came to know through your video that Maruti removed silently the smart hybrid from its Brezza LXI MT version but without cutting in the price. Until then of your source there was no news of this through dealer network or main stream media. I was very much disappointed by this news and called the dealer on phone and confirmed the same. Suddenly I recalled a video of you where you advised to buy a BS IV car from dealers old stock lot to save a big money from buying BS VI version...when BS VI came into market with a huge price difference. I applied the same trick to buying Brezza LXI MT with Smart Hybrid now, but by preponing my purchase by 2 months. What I did is... called n' no of dealers in my State and asked for a car model of my choice in their dealer lot inventory. At last, a dealer about 145 km away from my place, offered me the same with a condition to take delivery immediately with no delay and total cash down (no premium asked). I agreed and got the same yesterday 7 pm. What I want to say is ..this way of getting a old lot car...I came to know from you and the information of withdrawing of smarhybrid by Maruti Brezza MT versions also from you. I heartfully appreciate you for giving your viewers up-to-date information and tips and tricks in car buying and dealing with dealers. Thankyou... I request you that you may discuss this way of getting Brezza MT version with Smart Hybrid tech even after withdrawing it by the company in your upcoming video for a minute, for the sake of buyers like me... I have cancelled my booking for brezza zxi. I'd request everyone who has booked brezza to cancel their booking and teach maruti a lesson. Moreover even with 13 lakh in hand you don't have any decent product in the market to buy. This is the condition of Indian Automotive market today.
You have xuv 300 for a similar segment car to brezza at around 13 lakh Rs.. If you want little cheaper, you still have nexon. If you want more performance than safety than there is venue /sonet... How come you feel there is no good product in the market
@@NemysisPrime Xuv 300 is a dated product and is in desperate need of an update. Venue/sonet both comes with imt which is neither automatic nor manual & is a deal breaker for me plus their on road cost is 13lakh plus. Middle models lack so many necessary features. About Nexon well people may say whatever they want but when it comes to putting your hard earned money TATA's reliability and a 3 cylinder engine is still questionable. RU-vid of full of reviews about how people are really struggling with TATA's after sales and quality control issues.
@@ashkingzz yes you're right.. I agree with all your points except xuv 300.... My views were only in comparison wrt brezza. As regards to 300.. Maybe the interiors are outdated (it is subjective) and needs a facelift and the boot space maybe a little less compared to other cars in this segment... But the specs of this is way ahead of any other car in this segment, and it's mhaek and mstallion engines are one of the most reliable.. and the service provided by mahindra has shot up leaps and bounds in the last 5-10 years.. Take a look at Google for a good service centre near you, and you're good to go with a 300...

I really have high regards to you for your straight forward nature. Really we Indians should refrain from the brands who give sub standard cars to us and temp is with useless features. When I was in hunt of a car in dec 22 have checked Seltos. My goodness is so pathetic. I finally took VW Taigun and was a difference in all aspects i found. We should promote the brands giving safe cars like Tata, Mahindra, VW, skoda etc.

Meri booking thi… I just got to know ki feature remove ho gaye hai. I denied taking delivery then. Now they have offered me 30k compensation on the car. Which is the fair deal now in my opinion

What do you think of ciaz zeta automatic 2023 model phase 2. Im getting it for 13.35 lac(without accessories as this will be of my choice) otr mumbai. I have extended warranty in this, zero dep and engine protect shield in this quote. I have booked the car and yet to do pdi. With the rains in mumbai pdi has been pending. I can cancel the car if you tell me not worth. Im looking for space , comfort, reliability,refinement And vfm. I reset the mid on TD car...drove it twice on hills 300metres upwards one way and on a 12km drive in medium high Mumbai traffic. I got 14.8kmpl on the mid. Im ok even if it is 12.8kmpl (with mid error). I have checked the VIN number. The 18 and 19 digits are gp which means july 2023 mfg as per maruti nexa sequence. I wont be ok with old stock cars lying at stockyard due to rodent attack or chance of flooding (especially monsoon). So your verdict sir ji?

I would suggest go for slavia base if budget is little extandable like 13l. Though it is not as feature rich as some top models comes in 12l, but is worth the price.
Denying BYD to set up a manufacturing base in India just because it is a Chinese company is one of the worst decisions by the government. BYD is one of the fastest and biggest electronic car manufacturing companies in the world. This decision will cost Indians badly. Allowing BYD could be a win-win situation for both Indian and the company. The Indian government should not take decisions based on emotional and racial prospects.

I loved Seltos, it still is the most beautiful car BUT my priority has always been 5 star safety (Adult and Child) and so I got Škoda Kushaq. The best decision I’ve ever made. Kushaq is a beast, once you drive VW Škoda, you’re never going to another vehicle. Kia, Hyundai are so pathetic in build quality and has often been seen breaking into half. I would take a 5 star safety over unnecessary features. Korean companies are racist towards Indians, we buy their products but they don’t. Watch the video by Piyush Goyal ji who has highlighted this by the Korean companies. Remember Syangong which Mahindra purchased, it was deliberately bankrupted by Koreans as the owner was INDIAN.
