I get mileage of 21-22 on my skoda slavia 1.5 dsg automatic at speeds of 80-95 kmph.. around 25 kmph higher then this car.. well in city (in noida city it's around 12-13) and in hometown dehradun(around 8-9) as dehradun has heavy traffic always.. but mileage increases by 3-4 kmph in city if ac is turned off..
@@HereIsSantosh well slavia 1.5 dsg has 2 cylinder deactivation technology i.e half engine turns off at constant speed for that mileage.. i wonder at what speeds you drove your seltos to get that as in kia/hyundai engines all 4 cylinders run all the time, no matter the load on car and the speeds... also i suppose you were not on ac.. as i have got to 24 .. at 75-90 speeds without ac on expressways.. and i measured tank to tank.. i suppose you are mentioning mid mileage
I have seltos IVT and I have been driving it mostly in the city and it gave me the average mileage of 7-8 will it increase after servicing? Should I have gone with the diesel manual?
Bro mostly in the city the petrol mt is giving 10-12 kmpl but on highways it goes till 15-16 on ac and off ac 19 kmpl sometimes I would say you can go for diesel iMT if your drive is mostly in the cities and you drive too much You can reach out to me if you have any further questions
10-11 in city AC off mild traffic, bumper to bumper 8-9 AC off , Highway it can be anything between 17-22 depends on your driving weather AC on or off .. cruise control gave me 20+ easy
Basically both categories are different One is saden and one is suv so i will say that it will depend upon your choice Personally I would go for seltos coz of its boldness and fun in turbo if you choose
Both are different category cars kia is mid size suv whereas virtus is sedan virtus will cost you more on maintenance and services whereas kia will be easy on your pocket in means of maintainance cost but if you buy kia you will not regret any of the things it has everything required .i also booked my seltos htx
You are not doing anything wrong. I have faced the same in market sometime it only shows 6 which is like very very less. But if you watch my new short video on highway speed between 80-90 kmph the mileage was 16.4. Maybe after the 2nd service there might be any changes. But what company is claiming and what is giving is not less.
I recently got my hands on the new 2023 Kia Seltos HTX IVT variant (2000kms+ on the dash) drove it 1100kms straight on the highway from Odisha to Telangana and first servicing done…it returned a mileage of 12.7 kmpl. Now Iv been driving in the city (traffic condition: mild to bumper-to-bumper) and occasionally toggling between Eco and Normal drive modes, it’s returning single digit mileage varying from 7-9 😢 Any leads of how to improve fuel efficiency?
hi bro, do u feel any engine vibration at engine idle. my seltos NA variant having slight vibration at engine idle, especially while AC is on. i just aksed the service technician, he told it is usuall to have slight vibration in N.A variant, is it true???
