Hey Keith! Me and my wife just discovered your channel yesterday and really enjoy you and your family’s love for fishing and the great outdoors. I was fortunate enough to visit my wife’s uncle who lives near Baton Rouge Louisiana several years ago and we netted shrimp along the banks of the Mississippi River and caught some great redfish and catfish there. Ever since I have been wanting to go back and do it again. I live in Kentucky and love to fish. I haven't watched this episode for awhile because I don't agree with throwing everything back . I really enjoy watching someone keeping some . I think bass in a lot of places are stunted because of the throw back mentality . Keep turning those bass golden brown .

Wanted to give ya a heads up , had a Mud Buddy 35 hp , never checked the air filter that much , a mud dauber made a nest under the air filter , out hunting one time started to loose compression , nest broke apart getting sucked up into engine , yeah not good cost me a new engine , just wanted to let ya know about them dam wasps
I slammed the door on my favourite rod yesterday, broke the tip off, I will be in mourning the rest of the day. Tomorrow I will probably be in the Hospital, because my wife is going to kill me when I go buy a new one, pray for me fellas.😂
I know you have heard this many times, " the worst possible day fishing is better than the best day at work "! Far as myself, that statement is so very true. It goes with hunting also! Also, only take what you need to feed the family, and release the rest! Most people don't realize that, they keep everything they catch, and wind-up giving them away. Don't be that kind of person!
I'm with you buddy. I do give a good bit of my fish to my family. I did fry almost all those bass the same day. I share the wealth. I release more than half the fish I catch. Thanks buddy! 🍻
