Another issue is this gym hiring employees like herself who also doesn't lift. I worked at Urban Active when it converted to LaFitness for a total of 6 years and I'm telling you her response wasn't the worst I'd seen but it certainly was lackluster. What she could have said was " Hey guys.. I understand you're having fun but tone it down a little and laugh with them because it is Halloween LADY!..
