Thx for posting this I work for leonardtown Chevy Buick gmc and did a PDI on a Denali today with the multipro tailgate the cust. Opted for the multipro audio system but unfortunately it malfunctioned and failed to power on I’m glad to know it has leds in the remote to let you know it’s on. the install instructions failed to tell me that which led to quite a bit of wasted time
You and I must have different definitions of the term “sounds amazing”.... I just had this installed and I think it sounds terrible. The sounds is very flat and has very little mid’s or high’s. It needs the ability to be tuned. I paid just over $700 dollars for the system and the light kit and I’ve never been so disappointed with a purchase in my life. The cool factor scores a 10, but the audio quality scores very low. This thing belongs on a child’s power wheel, NOT on a $70-80k truck. Save your money and just buy you a nice Bluetooth speaker to plug into the outlet in the bed.
@@EstevanBonilla This isn’t the powered sub that I’m referring to. It’s the kicker speaker system that is in the Multi-pro tailgate as an option on the GMC’s.
@@probmxjona the diesel has 2 batteries since it requires so much more power to turn over than a gasoline engine. I’ve added this into my 2021 3500Hd At4 order but I’m concerned now that it may not be a good idea since the second battery in a diesel isn’t technically an auxiliary battery
I'm always worried about third party bluetooth connectivity since, if not done right, can often be a super pain in the ass. I was watching to see how complex it was to connect and then the video is spliced right after 1:50 at the very moment he is trying to connect the bluetooth. That is not a good sign.
Tried these out today, sound quality on the speakers is pretty terrible. Pretty cool when you just wanna hang out with family or friends and have some music playing in the background though
I am trying to play the music off of my device on top the kicker and my device is connected to it but it will not play the music loud it is still playing off of my device. What’s the next step to that ?
Has usb and aux outlets and phone charger next to radio also bluetooth has a 100ft radius on this vehicle you dont have to leave your phone with vehicle
Wait, it doesn’t play the stereo in the cab to? Wth just get a Bluetooth speaker. This would have been huge had it been like a boat remote stereo controller with two extra speakers in the tailgate,. Huge fail in my opinion.
@@jodanbuickgmc what are the light add on part numbers. I got my kicker installed today and thought it was all part of one thing now I see it's just rubber gaskets at the moment.

Just purchased a 2022 AT4 HD and it’s hits my hitch. I guess I’ll have to remove the hitch every time if I get this product. I am seriously thinking about it though.

For $500 you can get a JBL party speaker that blows away that speaker system, and it’s not married to truck. That’s an embarrassment of a kicker speaker.
Too bad you can't use it for a work truck or anything work related because you'd be too worried about damaging all the f****** speakers and stupid s***. And all the technology what happened to the simple good old days or you just had a truck it ran and drove and that's it. No one wants a speaker system in Thier tailgate. I just got my 24 AT4X 2500HD, kicker wasnt on the sticker but its on my truck and let me tell you its not worth $800. I got it for free so im not going to complain, but believe me a $20 portable bluetooth is better then this. and another thing since I connected it to my phone, now everytime I drop the tailgate it starts playing music all on its own, kindve weird when your loading stuff at home depot and your playlist kicks in….
