maybe thats what going thru police mind at that time. If he only got 30 days for SA a minor, he probably deserved this 50 years in prison, instead of 30. Let him rot in prison longer.

30 days is all that's needed once the other inmates find out he sexual assaulted a minor. He would have been beaten, assaulted, raped, and used as a toilet in those 30 days.

Honestly if that old woman's lungs were intact enough for them to conclude that the body was dead before the fire since there wasn't any sut, they definitely had enough to determine the difference between a 23 year old man's body and an 81 year old woman's body lol

@@Peter-hz5nk yeah it seems a bit off especially since even if the body was chard beyond recognition, there’s body parts that one has and the other doesn’t lmao idk it seems weird to me because the body couldn’t have been THAT chard if they had ways to lungs healthy enough to determine cause of death

I was thoroughly shocked at the outcome especially the fact that he only got 30 days for the assault on the 7 yr old but 20 years for the insurance fraud? Interesting.

So the little boy had to go through his father dying, his fathers best friend saying he’s better off dead at the funeral and then his mother dating a guy who looks exactly like his father. Only to find out his father actually is alive but will spend the rest of his life in prison. Holy shit that’s a lot to deal with… poor kid. Hope he was raised by a loving family.
