15:25 you can be convicted of a Felony and not go to prison if you're a first time offender it really depends on what the charge is and alot of other factors but usually in Texas a 3rd degree felony is a minimum 2yrs in prison

Would you be a prosecutor. You still have to give your best effort to lock someone up, even if you know their not guilty.

It's actually a crime if the prosecutor knows without a doubt that the person is innocent to try 2 convict them. Now thinking and knowing are 2 different things 2
