I was at a friend's house that had a cat. This other guy shows up with 2 Rottweilers on the leash. This guy started saying his dogs would eat the cat. My friend said let the dogs go. The dogs chased the cat around the house then we hear the dogs scream. Then they come flying back around the house with the cat chasing them sideways. That cat was truly mental but tough as nails
@@fnomimik9406 you could say the same about a ferret tho. The ferret scares the dogs away and you'd make the same comment. Afraid to fight back, well then what's the point lol. All bark no bite.
My favorite cat is still Oscar the hospice cat. He somehow knew when people were going to die and would crawl into bed with them to be a source of comfort. They would try to take to someone they thought would die, but if he didn’t agree, he would run away and they would know that person had longer to live. Apparently he was so accurate they would call the patients family to warn them if they saw Oscar jump on someone’s bed. Cats are crazy
@@cookware9796 that would make sense if he was exploring different rooms and trying out different beds. He goes into their rooms directly. And only picks the dying
Cougars aren’t actually really for going after humans. It was just a coincidence that their in heat cry is similar to a human scream. Bobcats can also scream similarly. Cougars are typically scared of humans and most attacks come from runners or bikers and they had accidentally trigger the hunting instinct. Sorta like how great whites will mistake a surfer for a seal
Ayo that last fact was wild! Youre telling me theres a parasite that makes you addicted to cats?! Changing ya personality like a hardcore drug... i wouldnt be surprised if this led to the first housecats, they literally cheatin to make us adopt them and live the possibly best live a being on this world can currently have.
I believe it was that parasite that at least put them over the top. Domesticating dogs was a choice humans made by snagging some wolves and breeding them. On the other hand, cats chose us because we attracted rats and bugs, but also had shelter. It's believed domestic cats demonstrated twice in history even between eastern and western continents.
Without cats, rats would be a plague and destroy the different birdspecies then, but unlike cats, they'll go after the eggs too. And you'd find mice everywhere. Also I have a feeling with all that protesting Fate will probably intervene by one day letting a tiny spicy kitten follow you home and have you all completely in love with it. Because Fate is funny like that.
Because of "pre installed ideas" , most men love cats but when they grew up they are often/always told that dogs is associated with masculinity you know the BS we used to be told as kids
What? Nah…it’s just personality. I’ve seen lots of men like cats, and both genders who say “I don’t like cats”, only for them to be won over by a cat later on. It really depends on lifestyle. Dogs tend to be good for those who like to go out a lot and don’t mind someone who’s more dependent whereas cats are good for ppl who want someone more independent. I doubt men only care for being that are dependent on them to live.
@@ma.2089 You've seen a lot of guys prefer cats of course nothing weird , but there is still this association male/dog - female/cat in everywhere . Non influenced people know that dogs is for extraverts and big families while cats is for calm families (like 1 kid or 2 max) and lone wolf people.
Kidd have seen what cats can really do, and he’s still being stubborn. You know, never owning a cat is probably the reason why; if you own a cat, you might get used to it and start showing love for the cat. And you call cats ugly? Cats are one of the cutest animals on earth. And not all cats are annoying, there are cats that are mature, but even so, they are still loved no matter what. And also, there has been cats chasing and scaring the dogs sometimes, including wild animals, such as bears and alligators. They are also very smart.
After years owning dogs and cats, cats are overall way less annoying than dogs. Another main difference is that they aren't looking at you like at a god, lot of people don't want do have to own a cat's affection, they want something easy.
Catfolk can see Cats. I do not like bright light. At night, I go to the toilet or go to my kitchen for water & don't even turn on my torch. I KNOW my way around my house. I have had 3 black Cats. I could, & have, avoided stepping on them in near pitch dark. The shadows look different when there's a Cat lying in them. I believe she saw the cougar in the tree. Because so did I.
A cat can be sweet if you raise them right. I have a male cat. He loves you once he sees I trust you. But even before that hes not gonna bite you. I raised him, sweet and raising them around dogs helps too. My cat gets jealous as a dog when Im giving the lab attention lol.
Great reaction. Cats are different than dogs and bring their own set of messes to clean. Speaking as someone who has lived in rural and urban America, they're invaluable to me. Zero pest animals in/around my home, and having a bed warmer isn't such a bad thing.
I couldn't own a dog, I don't really vibe with them, but I can sure recognize the positivity they bring into the lives of those that do. For me cats is where it's at tho.
@@Cobra-mb2gxSo can cats. I grew up mainly with cats. My last cat was my emotional support animal. I believe he knew it too. He always wanted to sleep either on my bed or in the chair next to my bed. If my door was closed he’d either meow or sit there patiently for me to open the door. He’d sit there patiently forever until I let him in. When I went to work or went out he’d sense I was coming home so he’d run towards the door and meow until I came inside. He loved his belly rubbed. He licked my face and hands and it made me giggle. He’s the goodest boy. He was the first cat one of best friends was introduced to, she use to be scared of cats. But he changed her mind. Cats get such a bad rap.💙
