Having to do dialysis after Kidney Failure can be overwhelming but it is important to know that you have options. There are more ways of doing dialysis then in-center Hemodialysis.
In this video I go over different types of Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis so that you are aware of your options and choices.
Make sure you learn as much as you can about doing dialysis so that you can choose what will work best for you.

Thankyou lady , i have been on dialysis for 18 months . It's not too bad and nurses are very kind . It is better than death ! A new way of life , think positive !

Thank you for another video and the care and time you gave in creating it. (as a side....your quilt is beautiful. It looks quite difficult to make. I've never seen edging like it has....so lovely. The many teaching pictures you used were fabulous but the night sky was my favorite. ☺)

So informative! Thank you! Doing research for a family member who is in kidney failuere now. Would love to know if you believe an 87 year old living alone could handle PD. Dr seems to think so but I am thinking in-center hemo would make more sense (center is literally only a mile from her home)
