Sir I have recurring calcium oxalate kidney stone which occurs every two years . despite of taking plenty of water the problem remains.I avoid having calcium product but now another problem of calcium and vitamin d deficiency has been reported in me.I am taking weekly dose of vitamin d.I have also been suggested to take calcium supplements. Whether taking calcium supplements do not increase problem of kidney stone in me.Pls suggest what to do in this situation.Can i take calcium supplements or not?

Hello sir, I had a nephrolithiasis of 5.4 mm and ureterolithiasis of 5.2 mm. I was on Ayurvedic medication. One of my stone is removed, but the stone in Kidney is still there with size reduced to 4.3 mm. I am still consuming that ayurvedic medicine. I is been 7 months i m consuming it. Please guide me how I can overcome this situation.
@@NILU_KALIACHAK Actually, that I am from nagpur and that Doc is in Rajnandgao. I have his contact number. Only one of my stone was removed by ayurvedic medicine. But the 2nd stone was hard in nature that why it is taking too long to dissolve it that why later i took Allopathy medicine for 1.5 months.
