@@Mr.man712 by God's grace I'm fine, ironically it was just an alarm clock for me after many weeks of a health crisis (mostly anxiety and high BP but I'm improving), last night I worried my pulse was too low from beta blocker but everyone tells me to not worry. The earthquake was last thing I minded it was 4.8 at most anyway! 🙏

Plus having the ice cream, the lettuce and other fixings should at least provide enough moisture to prevent the bread from overtaking. He can also just introduce some without bread, he's done that in past sausages

Beef kidney would be a great way to stretch out meat. Like you could get a chuck roast and mix x amount of beef kidney into it to make the overall thing cheaper. But I mean, that is the purpose of sausage. To make use of cheaper stuff, and trimmings.
