Hi everyone,
I know this video has gone tooo lengthy, i tried maximum to shorten it, as there's recipes included this was the maximum i could do.
This video was taken few days back even before my living room makeover you might have seen few days back, I had posted a video on it.
My kids had exams and i had promised them i would give them a treat preparing their favorite dishes after the exams are done. So i cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner separatley, all being their favorites.

BREAKFAST DISHES
NEER DOSA -
Raw White rice - 1 cup soaked for atleast 4 - 5 hrs
water
Coconut - a handful (Optional)
salt

MALAI EGG CURRY / WHITE EGG CURRY
Boiled egg - 4 no.s
Onion - 2 small or 1 medium size ( Don't add too much, it will hv a raw taste of onion )
Green chillies - 3 - 5
Garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
Ginger - a small piece
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Cashew paste - from a handful of cashews (No need of soaking) & water
Ghee or oil
salt
Chopped coriander leaves

LUNCH DISHES -
PINEAPPLE PACHADI :
Pineapple - 1.5 cups chopped
Red Chilly powder - 3/4 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 - 1 tsp
Salt & Sugar - add according to your taste preference
Water - 1/4 cup
Curd - 3 tbsps or more depending on the thickness you need
Coconut paste :
Grated coconut - 1/2 - 3/4 cup
Green CHillies - 3 - 4
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Seasoning :
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Dried Red chillies - 3 - 4
Coconut oil - 2 - 3 tbsp

VEGETABLE CURRY FOR RICE :
Toor Dal - 1/2 - 3/4 cup
Vegetables - 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 carrot, 3 green chillies ( You can use any vegetables like Brinjal, Ash gaurd, Snake gaurd, Drumsticks )
Thin Tamarind pulp - 1 cup
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
salt
Coconut paste -
Coconut - 1 cup / 4 -5 tbsp
Shallot - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Seasoning -
Coconut oil - 3 - 4 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves
Dried Red chillies - 3 - 4

PRAWNS ROAST :
Prawns - 1 kg cleaned
Marination :
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Fennel seed powder - 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder - 1 tsp
Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
(Instead you can use ginger garlic paste 1 tsp each)
Gram flour/besan - 1 tsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
salt
coconut oil - 2 tbsp
Shallots - 8 - 9
Ginger - a small piece
Garlic - 4 -5 cloves
Green chillies - 2 - 3
Tomato - 1 large chopped

VANPAYAR THORAN / RED COW BEANS THORAN
Vanpayar/Red Cow beans - 1 cup
Coconut oil - 2 -3 tbsp
Onion - 1 small
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp

TANDOORI CHICKEN -
Chicken - 2 kg cut into 8 large pieces
First marination for 15 minutes :
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 2 tbsps
Juice of 1 lemon
salt
Second marination overnight or for 24 hrs:
Curd - 1 cup
Coriander leaves & Mint leaves - a handful
Garlic - 1 whole or 7-8 cloves
Ginger - a medium size
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Dried Methi/Fenugreek leaves - 1 tbsp
Gram Flour / Besan - 1/4 - 1/2 cup
salt
Ghee or oil to apply in between grilling

GREEN CHUTNEY FOR TANDOORI CHICKEN -
Coriander leaves & Mint leaves - a handful each
Green chillie - 3
Ginger - a small piece
Curd - 3 - 4 tbsp

Red Beans left over from lunch - 1 cup
Tahina - 1/4 cup
Vinegar - 3 - 4 tbsp or half lemon
Garlic - 3 cloves
water
Olive oil - 3 - 4 tbsp or more to add creaminess

BREAD KUNAFA -
Bread crumbs - made from 10 - 15 slices of bread ( or more depending on the thickness of the bread layer _
Thick cream & Fresh cream - 1.5 - 2 cups ( You may use any one too )
Pistachios - 1/2 cup
Butter - melted to 1 cup
Sugar syrup :
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Lemon juice - just a squeeze
Kewra water / Rose essence - 1 tsp
