+MonsieurPoptart the fuck are you saying a state is a state a country id a country it's 2 different things other wise it would be one word. A state is like a province ...
Chris dah boss u don’t need to be thought in school that Canada and Mexico share land borders with the us . If u don’t know something that simple because u once looked at a world map , ur an idiot and nothing can help you
@@Calvbread It's funny because he, without a doubt, WAS taught that knowledge. Even though the American education system has many shortcomings, he still had to get through more than a decade of history classes, and that part of American history in particular is absolutely drilled into students' heads. The fact that these kids can't remember it makes me profoundly sad, and I hope that the video producer is just choosing the funny/stupid responses and that this isn't an accurate representation of normal high schoolers (although I wouldn't be surprised if it it was).
CANADA is a puppet State of the USA. Thus the answer given is fundamentally correct. At least in a Political sense, though not in a geographical sense.
I'm really hoping this was just a thing with the 2012 highschoolers. Cuz damn dud I'm pretty sure my generation ain't even this stupid and I'll have you know they're pretty damn stupid.
* AntBot * Bin Laden ... And you have no clue as to what bin means (neither is it 'Bin' with an UPPER-CASE LETTER, Neither arabic or hebrew have uppercase letters. What is the hebrew equivalent of bin ? That is your question for today. Answer it.
+THEMilkSHAIKH I can't answer some simple questions which is why I don't vote. I simply am not educated enough to decide who should run this country =]
+Recabilly Nice logic. If only a simple quiz about standard political issues could be implemented before voting and if you don't pass, your vote is counted as null. Then the candidates would actually be chosen by an educated decision not by an uneducated majority that votes on charisma and whatnot. Instead of not voting I go and cancel my vote just to make it a little harder for them to vote in my name.
+Recabilly Although people don't talk about it, everybody needs to educate themselves outside of school. You and everybody else should look up questions on google you don't know the answer to. Also, if you don't study or reuse knowledge that you have learned previously then you will forget about it. I usually go on RU-vid and learn through videos; I don't really like to read that much.
+mrkiky My high school required you to pass a government class and get at least a C+ on both a state and federal constitution test in order to graduate. I just thought it was natural for public schools. Do schools normally not do that?
Even Finnish people know the bordering countries better than them! I'm Finnish, you see, and I cringed so badly when I saw this. I knew the right answers to every questions and they couldn't answer the easiest ones!
*How to get a lot of view:* 1. Get a time machine. 2. Go before *2012.* 3. Upload some completely random videos of stuff on RU-vid. *Bonus Points:* 1. Its a funny animal video 2. Video is in 4:3 format 3. Video is kinda low quality
No, I am more, I still didn't memorize all the Oceania countries and all the Antilles, and even though I know all states of the United States, I can't name all of its capitals. I failed as a Brazilian citizen.
Javier Torres Don't worry.. I'm American too. It frustrates me that anyone who lives here is like this. It's more the public schools' fault than anyone else's. If they can't get kids to learn basic history then they need to get better methods and better instructors. Just my personal opinion on the matter.
It's called selective editing, and going to the shittiest school you can find. Literally the most retarded kids in my average school know most of these questions. This is a stupid video. But it wouldn't get as many views if they actually did well, would it?
You need to learn how to speak and write proper English. You are functionally illiterate. Even my students in year 3 would fail you on your English Language ability.
+Reinis “stuffbyRF” Fedotovs But I mean, how can you make an assumption like that when you just said you don't know anything about the American education system?
I have to say that my teachers from Pre-K through 12th grade did a great job. They taught with dignity and were unbiased. They had no agenda and just taught facts.
This video made my day..Man this video is so hilarious..just couldn't stop laughing! And everything the man who was asking the questions tried his best to stop laughter when the students were giving stupid answers.
No military power... NO MILITARY POWER!???? So you are saying that Canada is spending 15.5 billion dollars at "nothing"? Of course compared to the U.S it is a very small amount. But the U.S economical plan is straight out stupid... They are heading into an EXTREME economical dissaster, yet the are spending money on military as if they had unlimited money. For what!? So they can feel safe? Simply keep the damn nukes and noone will ever think of invading the U.S... Sorry for going off track but every country in America is pissing me off right now...
Filip I'm in America and they're pissing me off and it doesn't help that we elected an egotistical, racist, sexist, fuck was that would marry/fuck his own daughter if she wasn't his daughter(or if the laws said it was okay) who has morals so low that I don't think anyone can see them if they don't bring a flashlight, and has an ego the size of the Galaxy and feels entitled to be at the top and thinks he has all of the power in the US
I stopped watching after these kids didnt know what the american revolution was. I just couldnt keep it up anymore, not knowing the vice presidents name is one thing.
@@rock9737 Dont worry if you life in the US you will loose all knowledge and become a pop culture Zombie like those kids. Mainstream-media (State funded Propaganda) can do magic tricks in 10 years.
Maybe they should learn basic knowledge instead of how to build skyscrapers, there's literally a part of algebra where u most use the same process skyscrapers builders use, or at least it's supposed to be,I doubt it. Not that they actually learn how to build skyscrapers.
@@randomhuman5943 Yeah, I'm a junior in high school rn, and every time I ask my algebra teacher how I can apply the material we're learning to real life, she just shrugs her shoulders and says "if you end up going into engineering, this stuff will be useful for the most part."
Random Human in school, everyone learns that bin laden isn’t Vice President. That is basic knowledge, and the fact that they don’t know that is not the schools’ fault it is there own stupidity’s
Brim 05 • vor 86 Jahren how do foreigners know more though? Like why do they teach y’all American history , also they successfully teach y’all material in America the gym coach is your gym teacher 😭😭😭
It's when the Mexicans started invading the Natives in Virginia so we fought back with our tanks. We won the Vietnam War in 1918 and got our independence.
But the thing is if you asked me who Australias Vice PM is, I wouldn't know. Not because lack of knowledge, but because I don't care who's running the country.
I always thought americans were the intelligent ones...im european and whenever theres a conversation, i usually stay quiet because im afraid ill say something primitive.....but this is ridiculous...
