I can stand how in these surprise dog videos how the children are allowed to scream their heads off around a scared little puppy. I like these videos other than that.. The first lesson of caring for the puppy should be to not scream around it and scare it. First important lesson. In other words, consider the puppies feelings first. Very doable.

And the puppy's hearing survived intact I hope.

this is the problem with so many puppy surprises. the kids arent prepared, they scream and scare the puppy.

Oh my god, that poor little dog. It must be terrified. Teach your kids some self control and think of the poor dog that's just been seperated from his mum and littermates.

This dog was admitted to ICU and treated for trauma but we are happy to say . . .he just managed to pull through...close family are allowed with him now.

I get kids are excitable, but this is no way to act around a puppy, or any animal. A kitten would have freaked out, but be blamed for being aggressive towards kids. Not every household is suitable for pets, or at least I hope they sat down with the kids and explained to them that screaming is not good for the poor thing.
