U.S. Marines, volunteers, and children participate in Kids’ Warrior Day on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, May 4, 2024. Marine Corps Community Services Okinawa hosted Kids’ Warrior Day to honor military children and their resilience. Through challenging activities, military children learned to build camaraderie and better understand their parents’ lives. The events featured a mock combat fitness test, Marine Corps Martial Arts Program lesson, Nerf gun range, obstacle course, cake-cutting ceremony, and the presentation of colors.
