Wonderful video. It made me wonder- is restorative justice possibly harmful because it seems to encourage the author of the hurtful act to feel bad?( by facing them with the receivers likely negative feelings) Rather than encouraging them to connect with their deeper values? Im interested in your thoughts on that.
@@meaningfulideas I'll try to find one. 😊 It may be awhile. My understanding of restorative justice is a couple articles I read about it a few years ago. It may be awhile before I can find them again. I'll look into it though.
@@cblair8972 it sounds like your intuition is on the money though. When I have worked with bullies, I never make them feel wrong.. it's counterproductive
