This exercise is the same as the first one. The only difference is you need to rotate 180degrees instead of 90.
This becomes more challenging to slide with minimum jumping upward. You need to focus more on the initial action by your hip rotation.
In other words, the hips will move first, and the upper body follows the hip rotation.
Once you master how to rotate with minimum jumping, your body height will remain the same.
The feet will be off the floor as you jump slightly. At the same time, you will bend the hip joints a little, so that only the legs will rise up. By doing this properly, the upper body will keep the same height.
