KiKi KaiKai: Nazo no Kuro Manto (J) [SNES] (Hard difficulty, 1CC) 

Extremely tough game, especially near the end. But a good game it remains to this day.

Played the hell of of these as a kid. Still one of my faves. Top-tier game. If I made a list of the best Super Famicom/SNES games, this would be near the top, definitely within the top five.
