2 sheets puff pastry
1 can herring (or mackerel)
1/2 Kabocha squash (Japanese pumpkin)
Handful Parmesan cheese
1 egg
Black olives
Salt & pepper to taste
Bechamel Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp kosher salt
Black pepper to taste
1 cup milk
Pinch of nutmeg
