Kilchoman Machir Bay & Sanaig : How do these Young Guns stack against each other? 

Back to Scotland! Taking a dive into these two NAS single malts from Kilchoman Distillery. On one side we have an ex-bourbon dominant maturation and on the other a more sherry dominant. Thoughts?
