@@leoslicer9892 what is that a patton oswalt quote? Why be elitist about comedy of all things? Everyone does have the right to be funny, that doesn't mean they have the competence.
week long fan and watching some of these at random, the solo sal one was my fave and the theo von one was excellent, and i find them together on here?! amazing show!
I love that I've only been watching for a few months because I have so many episodes to catch up on. I love the ones with Theo and Sal too. That's actually how I stumbled on the podcast, was looking up content from each of them because I love their podcasts so much!
I stumbled upon a IG Reel of Kam Patterson, laughed my ass off. Looked up the show and started watching around ep. #645 ish and up in December 2023. Work got super slow for 3-4 months (I work an office job) so I decided to start from ep. #1 in order. I also started writing jokes down all day, all I need to do now is go up on an open mic and tell these jokes. This show is awesome!!
Hahaha, I love that guy. A lot of the time his questions seem really out of place, but most of the people he as talking with had sexual jokes, so his pervy questions at least sort of fit. Dude had some great jokes in here.
This episode was awesome! :D Great input from both guests, and Redban was on a roll! I'm with Tony, i don't know if he was just more sober this episode, but dude had some great jokes! Also, shoutout to the Chroma keys, that song was hilarious, and the lead singer was really entertaining
In every single episode that Ali was on, Tony tried to help her fix the problems with her jokes, she never learned how to properly structure a joke and yet she's somehow still working as a comedian. Unbelievable.
Pretty surprised nobody made a "Tony's such a fruit he's even attracting flies now" type joke at the beginning when they were all distracted by the fruit fly buzzing around the table lmao
I've watched most old, LA Kill Tony's & every single episode in Austin TX and I noticed that even though some fans claim the comedians are better in Austin or the band is so much better, I'd have to say that LA comedians are still better, they're just more prone to cancel culture integration whereas Austin is a more melting pot for comedians all over the US to people of all backgrounds & attributes. Then the band always bring out ultimate happiness for me. I still enjoy these old LA episodes, I'm binging every single one. The show as a whole still remains a great success that I hope keeps rising. Love to Tony & my man Redban
I've been a pretty big Ben Palmer fan for awhile, I was pretty tickled to hear him say "hello" and snap me out of the programming I was working. Classic Ben Palmer fashion.
holy shit lol redban a why so serious joke in 2017 thats some next level comedic shit. that movie came out in 2008. That joke is turning into the next generations "run forest run".
@38:25 this guy says Galveston is a classy island.. riiiiiight. The locals told me the water is disgusted to floods that washed sewage into the waters. To get to the island you have to drive across the water on a bridge.. it’s illegal to take the bridge on foot which means homeless people end up stranded on the island and mug ppl, pull out knives etc. nah its pretty chill back there tho. I liked it. I forget the name of the light blue/cyan type colored building with smoothies but it was soooo good! Yuuum and fair prices. There’s the pier too where they have an amusement park and they have different places that are fun to book/visit for nightlife.
I think Tony should not only intro the guests but give them 2 mins to talk about what they’re up to. Guests have to fight to get their comments in to this day (it’s July 2024). I still look forward to KT every Monday.
fire your sound engineer every eposide i have to adjust the volume 50 or 60 times legit ever 10 seconds cause one persons or anyothers mic is to low or to loud
Impressions are really stupid even when they're really good it's just basically something you would do at a bar it's not really something that should be done on a stage. I much prefer a character it takes a lot more creativity to come up with a whole new being with a personality and voice etc.
2018,and so many podcasts/comedy shows have HORRIBLE sound quality, mixing, mic setup....c'mon now...The comedian mics are full blast,Tony is loud, then quiet, and Theo's mic is so quiet.
