Supposedly those organs are being used to make, or infect people to make them, heaven smiles. And there are some more creepy implications you could read into it with Curtis' character...
Basically, she's Curtis Blackburn's adoptive daughter, whom he abused and trained to kill. The abuse was to such an extent that she believed that she was the character she was cosplaying as.

I've yet to start playing this game (playing FSR rn) but the first exchange cracked me up way more than it should've. This is looking to be a fantastic game
I've finished the game and yeah this is an absolute masterpiece in pretty much every aspect, the atmosphere, the music, the story, and even the gameplay I think is pretty fun (some people don't like the gameplay because they say it gets tedious but I never got that feeling)
