@@yagamigirl_2047 Voice Cast: Erika Harlacher as Sadira Anzu Lawson as Orchid Ken Lobb as Thunder Mike Willette as Jago Jean-Edouard Jedsound" Miclot as Glacius David Robert Donatucci as Spinal Mike Willette as Announcer Number 1 Chris Sutherland as Announcer Number 2.
I remember playing this as a kid on the snes. Orchid was always the character I picked, probably because as I remember she was quite easy to button bash with ahah.
Orchid: "Target spotted." Spinal: *hasn't even popped out of the ground yet* Me: "Man, she has good eyes!" XD And it's pretty damned wild to see how the backgrounds react whenever one fighter finishes the other with an Ultra Combo. Beating Sadira's cool and all, but if I were Orchid, I'd be a little more worried about that big-ass mammoth tarantula which just dropped out of the ceiling. That bastard _could_ be her next opponent, for all she knows. O_O
I got excited and surprised when I was at game stop earlier this evening I was looking at the games and I saw this I nearly died of shock to see that they still made it someone told that they did make a new version and was happy now I have seen a copy of this game now I know what to get next time when I go there again
@Gati Hurtado it actually plays realm different. I had to train like 2 hours just to learn the combo system. It's not like MK in which you just remember the combo list. On KI you make up your combo.
Orchid & Jago ..siblings.. I don't see the resemblance. Still one of the 90s great games created. Wish there's more of it. With more in depth storylines.
LoL! I love KI I still have copy of this cool game on my SNES the first one after the 1994 Arcade release.. Orchid looks hot on this one.. Ultra was the highest Combo i'd get to that alot on the SNES verison! "CCccccc Combo Breaker!!";-P
I'm almost tempted to buy an xbox over ps4 just for this game, I used to love the SNES version and this one looks awesome. Anyone own an xbox and wish they got a ps4 instead?
What were the changes when playing this game? There are no finishing movies. Why? I played the original KI game since 1996. It had fatalities, but this new version doesn't. Also what happend to the rest of the characters (like Cinder, TJ Combo, Eyedol, etc.)?
Slightly off topic...but does anyone else hate the slight pauses when you land hits on Killer Instinct and Street Fighter? I want to love these games, but the artificial stuttering just ruins it for me :/
I didn’t know this existed....looks so great compared to the OG version....gotta get an Xbox one now! Is there an option to do a finishing move like in the original? And the stage music for Fulgore sounds like fear factory with opera singers
why couldn't they ever come out with this game on ps3 or ps4. that sucks....... I am a killer instinct fan this is the only reason I have Nintendo 64 because they never came out with the second one on the SNES.....
that ' s the kind of game that gives me the need of a Xbox one over a PS4….i'm fed up with the " FPS, TPS" and other " pew pew game where i have to save the world/a girl/my friend/a princess…we need to have some shot 'em up, some fighting games, some beat'em all..
Disavowed from her agency, Orchid is determined to carry out her crusade against the dismantled organization, Ultratech. In war-torn Eastern Europe, she sets out to build an underground network that will prove Ultratech is still active.
+Richard Ford If you mean where her stage is set, it says that it's somewhere in Eastern Europe. If you mean her ethnicity, I believe it's still Tibetian.
TheInnocentSinful1 I thought I'd check before I responded. Anyways upon pausing the Game and going to command list I realized it does not tell me the ultra combo.
Hameed Paul I'm finding her tricky in MKX because she has no real mix up game - everything is a high or mid-level hit, most of her lows don't combo and she has no overheads. Although overheads are less relevant in MK than in Street Fighter.
