I'd also add, the twin furies can also make you a decent amount of money, I think essences are going for around 14m at the moment, and there's even a point in the fight that let's you practice a dps check where they stand completely still. Edit: I forgot to mention aoe effects are al.ost double damage due to 2 targets, one health bar
So am i the only one that envisions when you step underneath Kerapac to stop his TEAR RIGHT THROUGH YOU! attack you're just giving him an awkward hug and that makes him stop
Money-wise Arch-Glacor and Dagannoth Kings are great, consistent and cheap to get into. Maybe Kreearra would be a good option too. GW2 isn't that great imo given the fact that commons are not worth much and the unique drop rate isn't great, especially at low rep.
It’s crazy how you start dropping these videos on which bosses you should kill starting off, I literally just maxed my account (my goal was to max then start bossing) and now I am ready to start learning a whole new part of the game.. BOSSING! lol I only have a few bosses under my belt (Kree’arra, QBD, corporal & Dag kings) so these 3 bosses you recommended look like a challenge I’m willing to accept!
Great tips! All GWD2 bosses are good for this, but vindicta is my personal favorite. The fight has a nice rhythm once you get familiar with it. AG is the ideal progression boss - once you get good at 5 mechanics normal mode you can try 0% hard mode, then try to streak. And Kerapac might be my current favorite boss overall - great common loot in addition to Scripture and GConc. It's rare to get a kill that rewards under 500k, while you can get terrible drops at GWD2, AG, and even higher level bosses.
As a 17 year of playing RuneScape you don’t need to learn every ticks correctly. Once you learn the mechanics to all bosses it becomes neutrally easier. Pro gamers do way too much for a boss fight when it only takes less than a few minutes just for one kill before a fresh load out. Go cheap and learn the mechanics. Don’t go pro. Trust me it will save you money!!!
Kerapac prices are very inaccurate since Necro release gconc does not even sell for 100m and book of jas sold for 140m a couple days ago. Kera is still great money but the prices of the codex and the book basically switched around. Also the Jas pages slow sell for 380k at the moment so if you want some extra profit sell those a bit slower.
well I was going to ask what you consider mid level because I don't consider that character you're playing mid lvl at all. haha Then I heard you say that it's a protected battle and had me back again. I have wanted to get into pvm for a while but I'm easily distracted and I'm tired of losing money on pvm instead of making it. lmao
Sorry, but your low-mid boss guides are soooo unacurate all the time... first of all, most likely people wont have a lot of upgraded abilities, that means not nearly as much damage as you do. and second, i believe most important. people who do these bosses most likely still use revolution... no 4 tick, no good rotations and so on. so to portray as you can easily do these bosses and make the same amount is unreasonable.
Unfortunately I can't toggle off ability upgrades. But I take that into account, you should have no issues killing vindicta, arch glacor NORMAL mode and kerapac normal mode without gconc. Revolution is also not an issue, since in the video I'm not doing any 4taa.. so that's irrelevant. My gear is super basic I don't even take a staff lol. As for "good rotations" this isn't a rotation or dps guide. I do state that obviously the better you are the more you make. Everyone has to practise, I can't make a video ASSUMING people are doing bad rotations? that's silly. If you can't kill vindicta, kerapac normal mode and arch glacor normal mode with the gear I suggested then it's time to learn pvm rather than making more money because believe me if I gave you bis gear you wouldn't see a huge difference. Study rotations, practise the bosses. Be okay knowing you will get slower kills at first and improve as you do the boss.
I've got a scourge, khopesh, and t70 armor, where should I go to relearn PvM 😂 Also pls don't say sell the gear, I'm an old head with an affinity for the whip so the scourge is making the game fun for me again
100% don't sell the gear :p - you should try vindicta / helwyr / the arch glacor :) - Glacor might be a bugger in melee but again its free deaths so nothing to lose!
@@InitYeah free death is good for sure. I've got a long of content to unlock before I start seriously PvMing but my running to-do doc never stops growing as I read and hear more :x (I've got some heavy hitter quests to do first along with unlocking bladed dive from 0)
@@ProdigalBeard God wars dungeon 1 bosses (excluding nex) if you want to adapt to prayer switch while bossing (excluding zamorak's boss since he hates prayers). Arch glacor in elder god wars, since it allows you to mess around with mechanics and learn at your own pace. Boss goes from easy to hard depending on your setup. But i wouldn't recommend doing it with melee, mage and range have the upper hand here. GWD1 is not the best money, but easy to learn and adapt. Frost dragons imo, are better money than these bosses right now, with a high level setup, same rule probably applies to lower level setups. (Frosties should be around 12m to 15m per hour for high lvl players, bandos general should be ~6m hour, saradomin ~8m since it has drops with high value and very low value, meaning it is a gamble of sorts, zamorak should be ~10m and armadyl ~12m. You can get lucky and double profits in a hour, of course, that requires luck.) Dagannoth kings are better money than GWD1, slightly harder too. In here you can focus on switching gear on the spot to kill bosses, you can also do prayer switching but the optimal strategy here is to soul split and have enough dps to kill them fast and heal in return to counter damage received (specially the mage king, he deals the most damage, so a good ranged counter is necessary to kill him fast). DK's can be more tricky aswell if you place yourself in the wrong spot in the arena, which allows for the minions around the arena to shoot at you and will lead to you loosing HP faster than you should. These ones should give ~20m/hour quite more often than GWD1 bosses, you can get lucky and double the profit/hour. All of these profits are tied with high lvl gear/pvmers. I would assume you would get 1/4th the rate killing any of this stuff. My advice for you is to, unlock frosts if you haven't. Then get bone crusher reward from dungeoneering shop, then focus on upgrading the bonecrusher so it autocollects bone drops, meaning you won't need to pick up bones when dragons die, all you have to do is kill, kill, kill and use notepaper on bones to note them. This will increase profit/hour big time, allowing you to explore other skills for pvm as you get more money to invest into skills or gear upgrades. The ideal thing here is to use ranged gear to kill the dragons, using melee requires you to move around to kill things, which is time wasted, ranged has the best kill/hour against dragons at lower levels. Magic might be as good but can be more expensive. If you did 10 hours of frosties and made 10m per hour, that's 100m in 10 hours, 100m can change a lot of things.
This video feels a bit irrelevant. You're going to be much better off making money with skilling, then buying the upgrades before going for the boss. It's going to be much more forgiving while you learn the boss, and your kill time will also be much better. You can still go for a kill or two for fun when your gear isn't there yet, but using it as a money maker sounds like a waste of time. I was hoping to find out what bosses to do on an ironman to get herb seeds. That way I can actually get my herblore up.
Hi, what is the basic gear you recommend? I saw the picture of them but idk what their names are or even how to get to what they are called. I'm mostly into ranged atm so any advice on for pvm in that regard would be sweet too! Love your vids, and you do great work in the community.
Hey, yeah I thought this too once I had uploaded it haha sorry. The ranged set is sirenic mask, top and legs, then royal dragonhide boots / gloves :) Sirenic is t90 but its super duper cheap so 10000% worth it
@@InitYeah Thanks so much for replying, I appreciate it! Looks like I still got some grinding to do then lol my ranged is lvl 80. Keep up the great videos!
New account (3 days ago) after 3+ years and I can say with a buddy I got to see Arch glacier and I could handle it so it can be great for new player. Next I will learn the mechanics and should be able to do normal by next weekend
I always see your vids and it's awesome content, however hardly anyone ever makes bossing vids for Revo++. I know not everyone likes it because it's not best but I like it cuz it's chill. Can you do a vid of Revo++ nex or any other med lvl boss or high beginning. I'm quite interested in learning nex Revo++. I've tried it but I keep failing.
There was this dude on reddit that made a post about doing amazing dps with revo++, like doing raksha faster than people did it normally. search for him there
@@InitYeah well for players like me that actually goes long ways. I'm sure there's lots of players in my shoes. We don't know how to full manual and we have never ever tried high pvm just because there's barely any guides in Revo++. I think if you'd showed case your guides more on Revo++ ed1, ed3 etc you'd have a larger crowd over those that use manual. What I'm trying to say is if you simplify something to it's maximum anyone can do it, it's easier to build from that to Revo+ then full manual instead of just focusing on full manual which is what I've noticed you mainly do. You give the idea, you show the kill but hardly ever simplify for those like me. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone does teach people like me.
@@akinoridonde wouldn't the only difference be "this is my revo bar that I copied from the wiki calculator"? If you mean FULL revolution.. then you will struggle BIG TIME at a lot of higher level bosses. Revo on your basics, and then manually using threshold and ultimates doesn't really make much difference from full manual. If you are wanting to just click the boss and let it die, that kinda stops at gwd2 unfortunately :(
You are using Animate Dead with your tank armour. That's why it's making it look easy on you. Lol bossing is a little hardly than it looks on beginners.
Start small, Arch Glacor 1 mech at a time is a great idea, deaths are also free here so nothing to worry about. The more u practice the more comfortable u will start feeling, I assure u.
I came back after a 10 year break last summer so I feel you. Arch glacor is a great learning place like the poster above said. I started with 3 mechanics, got up to 5. Started messing around with low enrage hard mode, and now I can kill him over 1000% enrage very very comfortably. Take a few months and just learn.
Excellent video as a mid tier pvm’er with a decent amount of upgrades they’re fun to do, GREAT money and eventually can transition to HM. Curious can you do 0% enrage arch glacor and have a good chance of high tier drops like t95 orb etc?
Hi! first of, nice guide! great also for returning players. Sadly I'm not good with the gear names via pictures/icons, can someone provide some info? Thank you very much!
Gear on the left (Magic) is full Ganodermic armour with an Amulet of Glory a Ring of Fortune and a Spirit Cape, the weapons are a Wand of the Cywir Elders in the main-hand and a Virtus Book in the off-hand. Gear in the middle (Melee) is full bandos armour with an Amulet of Glory, a Ring of Fortune and a Spirit Cape, the weapons are a Blade of Nymora in the main-hand and a Blade of Avaryss in the off-hand. Gear on the right (Ranged) is a Sirenic Mask, Chaps and Hauberk, with Royal Dragonhide Vambraces and Boots again with an Amulet of Glory, a Ring of Fortune and a Spirit Cape, the weapon is a Zaryte Bow and he is using Bik Arrows.
@@InitYeah Hahah yeah I am not complaining as vindicta has me dry quite bad but Glacor blessed me with 4 drops in 200kc so at least it's a balancing act.
As a curiocity, in the Kerapac fight, how are you resetting your backstep/surge cooldowns that much? i get stuck on cooldown even with double surge ect
Yeah I agree with you for sure! that's why he's last on this list after the others :) they aren't a locked order of kill only those after. Just a stepping stone from each other to make good money without having to have a ton of gp to start :D
