He tried to get a collab wit Nemraps but he dissed him and said he can’t associate with someone with such a low subscriber count(back when dps first started) trying to say he was on a different level compared to DPS. Then DPS bodied him, first starting with his rap “Get Out”
Scru listen, DPS doesn't name drop. He said why recently. It's because he doesn't want to turn fans away from that artist. Even if he don't like them, if he name drop, then his own fans will stop listening to that person or start a feud or whatever. He's really pulling punches fr.
THe complete opposite of Em lol. Em told his fans to physically attack some poor bastard. I forgot who it was, but he was telling them to hit him and he wont hit back, its crazy what Em told his fans to do.
Hey SFJ, just a suggestion maybe start leaving the link to the orignal video in your description so people can peep the orignal! Love the reactions and music keep it up!
Nerdcore artists have songs that are way more solid technically, and generally put in way more effort. How many "real" artists can put out the quality that DPS has in all of his songs and still put out a song weekly. Not even including that he's been doing his own beats and more. Dude is a freaking monster.
Not to mention most mainstream artist just kinda rapping about the same thing. Look at gangsta rap. Yeah, its hard to rap about your struggles. But when you got everyone from the hood rapping about everything they went through, it turns out they all just rapping about the same thing. Guns this, bitches that, stacks and racks, keeping shit strapped. Anime raps, dudes be making raps with different characters, so shit be unique from each other. There is some overlaps of course too, when they happen to do a rap on the same character, but fuck it. I'll take the nerdcore over the mainstream stuff for now. And personally I don't get the whole 'real music' argument. Nerdcore is as much music as any gat rap is.
The whole 'Real music' argument is nonsense. People gotta be blind, deaf, and willfully retarded to try and say that these dudes dont got lyrical skill. Like you said, Dan Bull is easily way up there in penmanship. People act like rap only counting if you were from the hood. Nah. Rap mightve started from the hood, but its not exclusively the hood. Rap is its own thing and should keep its own thing. Whether its a dude rapping about his struggles or a dude rapping about his favorite anime character. Long as it flows well, beat on point, and lyrics be barring me aside the head, then its fucking rap.
Dan took shots at damn near everyone. That Andrew Huang diss is still great, “Andrew Huang makes music out of anything. Why not make it out of earshot?”. Brutal.
That "Bullshot" is str8 BOO BOO, a BIG FAT TERD... Dudes Garbage and not even worth listening to... EVERY ANIME RAPPER in PhatSnaps clique would MURDER THAT DUDE, and I mean EVERYBODY!
Cam Listen to all three Broccoli Bars, the two Dishonored raps, his Fallout 4 S.P.E.C.I.A.L rap, his Civilization rap, the two The Crew raps and all of his Borderlands and Assassin’s Creed raps. Dan Bull is an insane lyricist and he’s been doing what he does for more than 15 years. DPS and the like are great but Dan Bull is next level.
@@sirapple589 OK so out of respect I gave a cpl of these tracks a listen to... and it only further confirms MY own opinion... I think you pay too much attention to WHAT hes saying, and not HOW hes saying it... sry bruh, but dude has a horrible flow and delivery, just NO swag at all! Thats my personal opinion, no disrespect... God bless!
You want to know why DPS works so well for Daddyphatsnaps? Because DPS in gaming, aka NERD CULTURE, also stands for DAMAGE PER SECOND! And given his rap styles? IT TOTALLY FITS!
Finally react to this banger, one of my fav song made by DPS. Show respect to your Daddy! He might snap! Get it? And of course, show respect to uncle Fabvl!
"Somebody in the comments, who is he talking to?" That's the thing Scru. Daddy flamed him so hard he doesn't exist anymore, not even his name was spared.
He said there were some people in the comments who were continuously talking about his music and trying to get clout off of it but they called it either trash or it's not real music but he said he wasn't going to say who they were so I guess we'll never know
You should go through Fabvls stuff dude, he’s one of the top musicians out of the nerdcore group. Absolutely incredible songs His madara song Decay is dope
The only people I've heard mention anything about knowing who he's talking about are Gameboy Jones and Fabvl. As for another song, you should react to DPS' Beerus Rap "Destruction"
sounds like he is just dissing the game as a whole, like a rapper who talks about "real things" but in reality none of the stuff they rap about isnt real either, half of the shit they say isnt even their real life. they are just making up some stuff to sounds like a "real rapper" he saying that just because hes been rapping about games, movies, comics, ect... doesnt mean what he is doing isnt real rap, its as real as half as these fake as rapper making up stories about shit that didnt happen. its just relatable to different people because it was to do with their hobbies and not the hobbies of mainstream rap. maybe someone did inspire it, but more than likely it was just a bunch of people with twitter fingers leaving comments, talking shit for no reason. trying to act like what the nerdcore folks do isnt the same, even though what they do will probably be more impactful and last longer since the fans of the subject they talk about are more invested into the subject matter vs, the druggies who love some rap but will stop listening to it once they fix their lives, or just die because that the path what they are doing leads to. tl;dr,: stupid people say he isnt really rapping, while his raps are as real as all these fake ass rapper saying nothing of substance.
There wasn't a typo where you said there was, but the lack of comma is accurate. Just wanted to say that rq. Fire ass track and great reaction. It's not just that you do longer reactions and break bars down, it's that you really pay attention to the whole of the song and the art. Always one of the best reactors, and a solid rapper to boot
I think this could’ve been about NemRaps of Nerdout. He tried to collab when he was first coming up and Nem dissed him. You should also checkout frivolous shara’s music she has some real bangers like No Lie and Thou Shall Not Kill. You’ve heard her before in cyphers
By the way scru that song clip at the beginning of the DPS video is his Ice Breaker rap. Which was a exotic sniper rifle in destiny 1. It's like a minute and a half of solar radiation. Some of us DPS fans came from his destiny days when at was the topic of most of his raps.
@@bartallen7590 You are welcome it took me a while myself. With YT comments if you watch a bunch of videos and make comments it's really easy to have the question answered and never knew it was and when you come back for a different video you remember to ask again and then forget again and the cycle continues.
"last guy I murdered he averted the heat" is a call back to his get out diss. He ask a guy if he wanted to Collab, they responded trying to say "no way, my numbers are bigger than yours", so he responded with get out, he never name drops them under the premise "if you respond the gloves are off"
Honestly he just has so many good songs that he's come out with recently. However, i'll be one of the guys that suggests an old one you'd like. His John Wick Rap "Baba Yaga" would blow your mind.
🎵I want to be there when you wake🎶You know I keep my favorite strategy yeah …just stay with me and I’ll have it made!!!! That’s my sh🤬, the band is called Janes addiction.
Here's another great killshot parody: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jJl1aEjwl2g.html It's by Dan Bull. He disses over 100 celebrities/youtubers/etc. in it :DD
just do the mob one its 100% (lol) going to be the most requested as its newer hype and something in the style you like. DPS says he does try to tell a story but it's best balanced by actual good songs. ever since his Dio rap that's his goal. If you haven't seen the dio one you should Drip is actually like the response song to Dios his own songs have beef with each other lol
