Any live recording of any band that I have ever seen from a show that took place in Chile has hands down the best crowds ever. Every Time I Die, Killswitch, Thrice, etc.

Jesse also had surgery on his vocal chords, the guy is such a great dude, met him numerous times, the whole band is not only a bunch of great musicians, but more importantly great people, very down to earth and no ego, their music has not only moved me but saved my life!!

I always get so pumped to see heavy bands here in the states and then the crowds ALWAYS suck. If I had the money I would see all my favorite bands in other countries just so I could have a good crowd along with the show.

I believe it has to do with the fact that foreign crowds, speacially in Latin America, Asia, etc. aren't that used to having shows from the big famous bands, when there is a concert everybody is excited as fuck, whereas in the USA perhaps people take it for granted.
