Who's still watching him in 2024 and is loving the nostalgia?? Such a perfect show. Goosebumps. Go check out Light the Torch for more Howard awesomeness!!!
I 💯% agree with you it's best 🥇 performance Live 😈 metal concert I ever 👀 and heard. This video doesn't get enough credit. It's incredible and makes my ❤️ sing 🎶 🎵

+Slears I believe it's mixed a helluva lot afterwards but not re-dubbed. But as you said. It's one of the best live dvd's I've seen ever, in every genre no matter what. I'm eager to hear what their next DVD's going to sound like with Jesse.
@@Gothenburg1 Im pretty sure that its also live effect, like whoever is mixing it knows when howward is going to hit easy notes but the highs the echo and reverb is cranked. I still wish I was at that show.
As a young black male in high school I was made fun of for listening to "this type of music" and seeing a black man do this molded me man! He showed me "DO WHATEVER TF YOU WANT" !!!!!
welcome to the family! Metal is for everyone, you go to a metal concert there are all races and we are all family. And Howard is one of the great fucking voices of metal !
Over the years I come back to this live set. They nailed this performance especially coming off Howard's debut album with the band for the bands 3rd album.
Don't know why, but the crowd belting out "breathe life, for you are not alone" almost brought me to tears. Something about all these people finding common ground and just having a good time despite what most "normal people" think about our genre strikes me as incredibly beautiful.
I'm one of those normal people, that just happened to stumble upon KSE in the last week. I can't stop listening, and the lyrics are deep as hell. This band is unbelievable, and this is not my type of music.
Yep I was lucky enough to see them on this tour (not the same show though) and he wore the cape that show too. It was amazing to see them back then. I like Jesse too, but I'm so glad I was able to catch them during that time.
TheHappySaiyan probably but no one can replace Howard live that man kills it every time. Jesse is great don’t get me wrong but bruh Howard kills it Jesse can’t hit the pitch Howard does.
As a 10 year old kid I watched it countless times now after 18 years and as a 28 year old man it brings back a nostalgia that puts tears in my eyes GOOD OLD DAYS😢
muthafuckinsatan I don't think anyone would argue that Howard is better than Jesse its just theybjabe different styles. I started listening to kill switch with Jesse therefore I love that Jesse is back but I saw them both love and Howard murders live. Both amazing for this band
Worcester Palladium is my favorite venue and in my personal opinion the best venue in Massachusetts. So many great memories have been created there since my fist show there at age 15. (21 now) Got to see KSE there this year too. Met Jesse outside in line. Awesome guy, great performance.
Absolutely. Im shure there are different opinions about this, but howard... mfg. The best clean vocals, the best growling vocals. Even though Jesse is the original and present frontman, he cant reach Howards kneecaps. Howard for president!

I remember when the tickets went out for this!!!!! 5$ i repeat 5$ dollars to go to a live dvd recording me and a buddy jumped on it and to this day nothing has ever compared !!!!
my fucking goodness. howard's vocals just soar like nobody's business. and obviously the entire band is a well-oiled machine here. must've been killer to be at this show
Darrien Day I was lucky enough to see them in GA earlier that year. It was amazing. I hate that he isn't the lead anymore... it's the reason I don't listen to their newer stuff
@@anthonyjanes9858 Philswitch was with Phil Labonte of All That Remains. Phil Bozeman is from Whitechapel. He's got beastly screams but I'm not sure that dude even knows what a clean vocal is.
To this day, this is one of the best live metal performances of all time, period. WOW that energy, the crowd, Howard's voice live, the bands performance and how much fun they're having on stage...Speechless I get goosebumps every time I go back to watch this video
+Tom West how? it sounds like shit he cant even scream. actually all the the songs from the ALive or just breathing album all suck with him singing them.
I love to think of them as two different bands. Howard's got the voice but man I love Jesse's harsher songs, they just hit right for me. Both great frontmen. In fact my favourite thing about KSE is hearing Howard and Jesse sing each other's songs, they both really put in their own spin
the best god damn guitar tone ever ***edit in 2021*** for everyone debating what the guitar setup was: at the time of this concert they were both using H&K triamp MK II's but the guitars were re-amped through Joel's Soldano SLO-100 because it "tracked thickest out of all the amps we had and since it was a "no overdubs, 2 guitar tracks" live thing it suited the dvd the best". that is directly from Joel's mouth, I sort of "interviewed him" about it a few months ago. cheers! stay safe friends.
glad to see our man Jessie back in the reigns but as an ex rocker that played in metal bands for 15 years touring warped tour one summer I got to watch killswitch every night that summer and people don't realize how truly powerful and solid killswitch really is with Howard. They wrote the book when it comes to metalcore
Everyone always say, "If I had a time machine i'd go back to see the Pyramids being built!" Or something like that. Fuck that, I'd go to this show. Luckily i saw KSE when this was going, probably this tour with Howard and shit. But damn this band was bad ass back in the day. Still my favorite band but they were just different in this era. KSE FOREVER!
i was at this show along with like 10 of my friends at the worcester palladium. It was a 5 dollar show that had as i lay dying and a dozen furies. best show ive ever been to still. end of heartache had just come out and the crowd was so hyped. Killswitch is amazing
ScreamxSkater Yeah but to be honest KSE made also him Adam D all the other band members made him,hes past band wasn't that good and hes new band isn't that good.
Yeah dude thats just not true, without songs like My last serenade, self-revolution or fixation on the darkness metalcore like we know it probably wouldn't exist.

Howard is just a straight up beast! Being able to scream and then sing his cleans perfectly is astounding. One of the most inspiring vocalists I look up to. His new band Light The Torch is really good but nothing compares to “The End Of Heartache” days 🤘❤️🎶🎤
Meh, Jesse doesn't get enough credit. Howard is fucking superhuman but if Jesse wouldn't have quit in the middle of a tour right when Alive or Just Breathing dropped they still would have been huge. Jesse writes better lyrics and has more passion when it comes to the aggressive vocals.
Howard is better. At screaming. At singing. He has the charisma. What are you basing the better songwriting capability off of? In case you didn't realize most people know Killswitch based on the songs they produced with Howard...
And beyond that I see in EVERY SINGLE RU-vid comment section regarding to KSE that Howard is better at singing and Jesse is better at screaming. Almost everyone that states that says that Jesse has more "passion" in his screaming. If by passion you mean that he's trying hard to sound as good as Howard I tend to agree with you. Howard can consistently pull off singing and screaming. Jesse struggles with it.... I don't blame him however. How are you going to try to emulate someone league's better than yourself??
@@nathanmerce5053 Jesse said himself Howard is a better musician and also said kse wouldn't have got as big as they did without Howard. Shit he didn't even want to come back to kse at first because he said he couldn't fill Howard's shoes
Jesus, they are having as much fun goofing around on that stage as the audience, and yet they sound like pure perfection. I think Jesse is awesome, but I do love Howard as a frontman and will miss this lineup.
Ive been a fan from the early days. I came back all these years later to say i miss howard. And i thought jesse on alive and just breathing was the best but damn howard was awesome
I've been listening to this band for 13+ years now. Own every single song.... This is by far the best live concert they have ever played! Still waiting DVD to come out with Jesse now that Howard is gone
