Killswitch Engage vs. Times of Grace: The Key Difference 

Yes, both bands contain a similarity because 2 members of KsE are in TOG. But I believe that they’re different in a way, drastically. Both have a different sound. We’ll definitely be getting to see more of that once they release the new album this Spring. Killswitch Engages’s recent album, Atonement (not referring to Atonement II B-Sides), was very interesting and I could see the band took a huge turn. I see that most of the songs on the record directed to mental health. Something Jesse Leach is very vocal about, not only when singing but on social media. Tons of fans give thanks to the band cause they “connect” to it or that it even saved their life. As for Times Of Grace, it obvious the narrative is on Adam and Jesse’s personal life. They have great chemistry together. I see the songs are based on positive references. The songs are basically like a go-to if you’re going through trials and tribulations, something Adam D has said. Fans of the band have been impacted greatly by it. Quoting Jesse, “It’s humbling to think you made a record that has an impact like that on people.”

It’s very interesting to me how Jesse and Howard’s works are so different because it shows the impact they have on their work. Great video
