My daughter encouraged me to do the pink/orange bowl. It is a stark contrast to the usual tropical blue/green colours I rely on. Thanks - waiting for some more videos from your end....
Thanks for the video! I take pottery classes at Mid South Ceramics/The Clay Lady so I’m familiar with the Opulence glazes. The folks there are wonderful people!
What beautiful pieces!!! I love the little details on the bottom parts of your mugs. I can’t thank you enough for sharing how you measured your hand so you can use it to measure with! I’ve been using that myself since I saw what you had done and it’s so dang helpful! I tried my hand at filming my last kiln opening and it was so much harder than I thought it would be. Lol The blue rutile and Smokey merlot peacock boo is outstanding!! Pleeeease do a video of how you do your handles! I handbuildnand can never seem to get my handles on straight and have small cracks in the joints sometimes. Beautiful post as always.
Thanks for your comment. Filming is not easy and if I only knew how to splice, add subtitles and other features... all in due time. I am lucky that my hand width is 4" so makes for easy measuring (good for horses too ! ! !).
Really love your colours and glazing very much enjoyed this and subscribed. Thanks for doing this for the world! From the mountains of NSW Australia 🇦🇺 take care 🙏
thanks for sharing always get some inspiration from watching your videos :) not that my option matters but just have to say that I love the way the hint of eggshell on the outside of the rim on the copper penny mug just softens the whole look ... stunning
@@SallyRoperPottery I bet it is! I hold have to win the lottery to buy any of them!! I just got a place to sell my pottery so we will see how well they sell. I just want to make enough to support the habit so to say!
