She did amazingly well pwl productions were produced at such a high qaulity the voices of mel and kim were double tracked many times on top of each other and make the girls sound sensational like all the pwl acts at the time you think mel and kim could not sing live then treat yourself to the deluxe mel & Kim singles box set you hear the girls singing totally live doing radio jingles of that's the way it is and sound amazing just like the record .. you also get top hear the demo version of that's the way it is with just Kim singing as mel was still not well enough to add her vocals .. when kim recorded the mel and kim stuff she was in her 20's i thought she did superb here a live band no fancy pwl production and without her sister who sung at a higher note than kim .. love ya kim keep looking after number one mel would be proud of you
