Special note on this one: I wasn't working on music, just on my laptop doing some work when these words and the melody came to me. I knew it was the Lord. I recorded it in a voice memo and we began to turn it into this song. I was blown away when it resonated as it did during the airing of Season 3. But I praise God and want you to know that a song such as this, which expresses lament and a heart that sometimes wonders where God is....was given by Him. He knows how we feel. I have lol 4 times already. I can't shake it. This song is beautiful. Kim will always have that one song that just for me. The last one was New Thing. I haven't been able to shake that song either.

@@kimcashtate New Thing is my favorite song. It is my go to song almost daily. God used the song to let me know He was doing some new things in my life and He has kept His Word. Major new things. One being change in employment after being employed for 31 years at the same company. Knowing ahead of time God was doing a new thing help with the transition. Standing on Isaiah 43:18-19 and clinging to God because I know there is more to come. 🙌🏾
