You realize that she wanted to be famous more than anything. That she would’ve done anything including throwing her bandmates under the bus for fame. I have no doubt that she saw Jackie Fox being sexually assaulted and attempted to cover it up. That’s why the film was so sanitized and had nothing to do with the manger book. It was all carefully and meticulously painted to give you the fake dirt not the real foul dirt that actually occurred . I know that on the road to being famous as a young girl that Joan Jett probably got abused and has to deal with a lot of trauma herself but it doesn’t make her a hero.
